Eric Latona is the Corporate Field Trainer for Rosendin Electric and is a 3rd generation union electrician with a Bachelor’s of Science form San Jose State University. He supports job sites for one of the largest electrical contractors in the United States, working in their corporate office in San Jose, California. Among his responsibilities, Eric has been conducting on the job training for the electricians in such diverse environments including new campuses for Silicon Valley’s Tech industry, and the Chase Arena in San Francisco for the Golden State Warriors. When Eric is not developing classes and presenting to his colleagues, he can be found fishing and hanging out with his family. He enjoys helping to create a safe and effective workplace and his training as an electrician working in Silicon Valley has provided him with an ideal ability to assess the needs of the electricians working for Rosendin. Eric also teaches at the Electrical Apprenticeship in the Silicon Valley and has been doing this for the last 8 years helping apprentices learn their highly skilled trade.
